Health and fitness classes at The Core to restart

The Core Theatre’s fitness classes will restart on Monday 7th September and they say they can’t wait to have you back.

From 1st September classes and courses will start to reappear on their website and will be on sale (one week prior to each class).  Participants should read the changes carefully as some dates and times have changed as well as payment methods.  Other regular courses and sessions will follow later in September.

What new measures are in place?

Participants will be asked to wear a face mask whilst entering the building. However, once in an allocated space, masks can be removed. But they must be worn again when visiting toilets or leaving the building.

Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.

Classes are timed throughout the day to allow a thorough cleaning and ventilation regime between sessions. Hand gel will also be available at the entrance to the building together with hand-washing signage.

How to book:

Places can only be booked and paid for by phone or online.  Call: 0121 704 6962 to buy a ticket and your name will be on the register at the start of the class – no tickets are issued.  You cannot pay cash when you arrive.

Visit to book online and you will not be charged the normal online booking fee.  Your name will be on the register at the start of the class.  You can buy up to one week before the class, subject to availability (max 12 places).
